Our office has developed a significant skill in employment law and more specifically in conflicts handling between employee and employer. We assist companies with a dispute prevention programme that offers adapted mediations. Our Office also intervenes before all the Labour Claim Courts of the region Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur, before the social chambers of the Appeals Courts of Aix-en-Provence, as well as before the Social Security Tribunal, particularly regarding inexcusable conduct of the employer.
